The Supreme Court yesterday rejected the appeal for bail of vice-president of the main opposition Candlelight Party (CP) Thach Setha who has been charged and is in pre-trial detention for allegedly inciting migrant workers in South Korea to rise up against Prime Minister Hun Sen last year.
